A little about me...
My name is Tanya.
I’m a mother, an educator with over 30 years of classroom experience, and I hold a PhD in Education.
For most of my life, my work has centred on people — how we learn, grow, change, care for ourselves, and find our way through different stages of life.
I have spent decades working with children and parents, but my understanding of growth was shaped not only by professional knowledge. It was also shaped by real life — by motherhood, midlife, personal turning points, and the quiet moments when something inside no longer felt aligned.
Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: teacher, mentor, fitness guide for women over 50, passionate home cook, nature lover, and creator of natural skincare products. Each role has deepened my belief that wellbeing is built through small, thoughtful choices — the way we move, eat, rest, reflect, relate, and return to ourselves.
As a woman navigating midlife and menopause myself, I’m especially interested in the physical, emotional, and identity shifts this stage of life brings. I believe this period can be challenging, but also deeply clarifying.
