Reconnecting with the inner light we all carry can lead to the most powerful kind of change — the kind that begins from within. The Exit Is Inside is an invitation to step into that journey. So glad you're here.
Let's walk this path together.

A little about me...

My name is Tatjana Gergorić (for friends Tanya) — I’m a mother, wife, teacher with over 30 years of experience, and a PhD in pedagogy (which is just a fancy way of saying I really, really love learning and sharing knowledge).

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats — teacher, mentor, pajama-clad therapist, fitness instructor for women over 50, scent explorer, passionate home cook, creator of natural skincare wonders, and author. I wrote a heartfelt book — for anyone who wants to pause, breathe, and find their way back to themselves.

These days, I love taking things slow — nature, walks with my husband and our dog, seasonal food (sometimes very healthy, sometimes very chocolatey), simplicity, laughter, and a good story. I enjoy silence as much as a genuine, warm, human conversation.

Here on this site, you’ll find little pieces of my world — articles about parenting, menopause, aromatherapy, natural cosmetics, healthy eating, exercise for mature women, healing walks, and a life that doesn’t have to be perfect to be beautiful.

If you’re looking for a pressure-free place where you can breathe, smile, find some useful ideas, and feel seen — you’re very welcome. I’m glad you’re here.

And if you prefer silence, nature, and dogs over endless scrolling — soon you’ll find my YouTube channel with peaceful walks through the nature, seen through the eyes of a dog.
